| Michael
& Jan write. Just a few notes to introduce ourselves: We have been married for just over 40 years and look forward to many more here on the South Coast.. Our ministry has taken us to Luton, the West Indies, Bishop’s Stortford, London Colney (near St Albans) and finally to the parish of Northaw and Cuffley. Michael was ordained priest in 1970 and Jan in 1994. We have two sons who live nearer London. Michael’s hobbies are playing the clarinet, windsurfing and woodcarving. Jan is an amateur painter, loves to act or produce plays and hopes to write a book or two in the future. In our ministry Michael has developed experience in the healing ministry as well as in Spiritual counselling, whereas Jan has enjoyed leading all kinds of worship as well as using her teaching skills in study groups. She has devised two Lent courses based on the film ‘Chocolat’ and the TV series ‘The Barchester Chronicles’. We are delighted to have found such a welcome at St Faiths and at St Marys, Alverstoke. It is our hope that God will continue to guide us in our life and work for Him in the Diocese of Portsmouth.
